Every order comes with our 180-day, 100% money-back guarantee.
If you don’t experience the benefits you were hoping for within your first bottle, contact our U.S.-based customer support team and we’ll guide you through the return process.
To qualify for a refund:
- Please return one used bottle (your first bottle)
- And any additional unopened bottles from your order
To keep this guarantee fair for all customers, refunds are limited to one used bottle per product, per customer. If multiple bottles are used, or additional orders are placed after extended use, those purchases are considered a continuation of use and are not eligible for refund beyond the first bottle.
This policy allows us to remain generous while also protecting the integrity of our small, family-run business.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once your return is received, we’ll issue a full refund of your purchase price, less any additional used bottles — no hassle.
We reserve the right to limit or deny refunds in cases of excessive use, multiple refund requests, or suspected abuse of the policy.

Promotional Offers & Bonus Bottles
For promotional offers that include bonus or “free” bottles, those bonus bottles are considered part of the original purchase and are covered under the same refund policy as the purchased products.
For refunds on orders with bonus or "free" bottles, customers may return one partially used bottle along with any unopened bottles from the promotional order within 180 days for a full refund of the purchase price.
Refunds are not available for orders in which all bottles have been fully consumed.
Promotional offers are intended for sincere customer use and may be limited or denied in cases of abuse or misuse.
